Share meetings or mark them as private - directly from the Meetings page

The Home page has powerful single-click controls to simplify the most common actions that you take with your meeting reports.

The Meetings page gives you quick controls to decide who sees each meeting, both before and after it happens.

Before the meeting: set sharing in the Meeting Recording panel

Each upcoming meeting in the Meeting Recording panel (on the right of the Meetings page) shows its sharing setting next to the time, for example Private or Shared with Team. Click it to change how that meeting will be shared before it even happens.

After the meeting: share or hide from the meeting list

  • On the Meetings page, open the ⋮ menu on any meeting row to access quick actions, including sharing the meeting and changing its visibility.

  • Marking a meeting private hides it from your team members' Team Meetings tab; making it shared shows it there.

  • You can also open the meeting itself and use its Share options to share the transcript and video with a link, or the full meeting dashboard.

Where the defaults come from

Your default sharing behavior is set under Settings > My Meetings > Sharing Preferences (All, Only External, Only Internal, Only Sales). Admins can enforce a company-wide default in Settings > Company Meetings. The per-meeting controls above always override the default for that meeting.
