Accessing Insights from Calls Completed as a Free User

If you completed a call while being on the free plan of Sybill, and would like to access the insights generated from that specific call after becoming a paying user, you may not have access to the call insights.

  • Upgrade to a Paid Subscription if not already: By upgrading to a paid subscription, Sybill will start processing your calls from then on and generating the insights relevant to the plan that you subscribed to. You can also ask us on the product chat to reprocess up to 3 calls from the period when you were a free user to get the insights from those calls.

Remember that the availability of insights from calls completed during the free trial may vary based on the plan you choose after the trial period ends. It's essential to consider your requirements and choose a subscription plan that aligns with your needs for ongoing access to insights from all your recorded calls. Sharing Snippets and Recordings

To share snippets and recordings from Sybill, you can follow these steps.

Sharing Meeting Snippets

  • Locate the Meeting: Go to the meeting whose snippet you want. You can find your meetings in the Meetings page.

  • Generate the Snippet: Click on Snippets at the top of the screen (it's right next to other sharing icons like Export, Share, and Shorts). A new Snippet window will open up. Choose the part of the meeting you want to share as a Snippet, and click on “Snip.” You can also create multiple snippets using this feature.

  • Copy the Snippets Share link: Sybill will generate a sharing link for each snippet you create.

  • Share the Snippet: Copy and paste the Snippet link wherever you want to in order to share it with the relevant parties, be it Slack, email, text, or anything else. Your recipient doesn't need to be a Sybill user to view the snippet.

Sharing/Exporting Meeting Recordings

  • Locate the Meeting: Go to the meeting whose recording you want to share. You can find your meetings in the Meetings page, or by searching/using relevant filters.

  • Export Meeting Insights: Click on the Export icon at the top of the screen. A new Export Insights window will open up, with the option to export the video recording or the transcript. Click on “Video Recording,” and then “Download as MP4.”

  • If you instead want to share a recording link and not the MP4 file, you can also click on the “Share” icon next to the Export icon, generate a sharing link, and share that link with the recipient. The recipient need not be a Sybill user to view a meeting dashboard shared in this way.

We hope that the above steps will help you share your meetings and collaborate better with your team and customers.

Troubleshooting: Share Link for Snippets/Recordings Not Working

If you are experiencing issues with the share link for snippets or recordings not working, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

  • Check the Link Format: Ensure that the share link is in the correct format. It should start with "https://" and lead to a valid Sybill URL.

  • Copy and Paste the Link: Instead of manually typing the link, try copying it directly from the Sybill interface and pasting it into the desired location, such as an email or messaging platform.

  • Clear Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can sometimes resolve issues with link accessibility. Try clearing the cache and cookies, then attempt to use the share link again.

  • Test in Different Browsers or Devices: Verify if the issue is specific to a particular browser or device. Try accessing the share link using a different browser or device to see if it works.

  • Contact Sybill Support: If you have tried the above steps and the share link still does not work, reach out to Sybill's customer support team for further assistance. Click on the blue Intercom icon on the bottom right of your Sybill dashboard. Provide details about the issue, including the specific share link, any error messages encountered, and the steps you have already taken to troubleshoot.

By following these troubleshooting steps, you can address issues related to sharing links for snippets and recordings that are not working.
