Visible only to meeting participants (in the Your Meetings tab)
Visible to everyone in your organization (in the Team Meetings tab)
To change this:
Click the dropdown under Internal Access.
Select your preferred visibility:
Only meeting participants
Everyone at [Your Company]
You can also copy an internal link to share the meeting with a specific team member. Only users with access to your Sybill workspace will be able to open the link.
External Sharing
External sharing allows you to share meetings outside your organization via:
1. Direct Invitations
Invite specific individuals by email:
Click Invite People.
Enter one or more email addresses.
Click Invite.
The invited emails will appear in a list—click Remove at any time to revoke access.
2. Public Links
Generate a shareable public link:
Click Generate Public Link.
Copy and share the link with anyone.
To disable the link, click Remove—this will immediately revoke access.
Advanced Settings for Public Links
When creating a public link, you can apply advanced controls:

Scroll down to External Sharing.
Choose one of three levels of control:
Allow all external sharing (email + public links)

These settings help ensure organizational control and compliance with privacy policies.

Sharing Meeting Snippets
Locate the Meeting: Go to the meeting whose snippet you want. You can find your meetings in the Meetings page.
Generate the Snippet: Click on Snippets at the top of the screen (it's right next to other sharing icon Share). A new window will open up, along with the meeting transcription. Use the meeting transcript to choose the part of the meeting you want to share as a Snippet, and click on “Create Snippet.” You can also create multiple snippets using this feature.
Share the Snippet: Copy and paste the Snippet link wherever you want to in order to share it with the relevant parties, be it Slack, email, text, or anything else. Your recipient doesn't need to be a Sybill user to view the snippet.
Sharing/Download Meeting Recordings
Locate the Meeting: Go to the meeting whose recording you want to share. You can find your meetings in the Meetings page, or by searching/using relevant filters.
Download the Meeting: Go to the meeting, click the download button in the control bar at the bottom of the video player (between the buttons playback speed and full-screen).
Download the Transcripts .txt: Go to the meeting, click on transcripts first, then click on copy button and then choose "copy as plain text" or "download as .txt".
If you want to share a recording link and not the MP4 file, you can also click on the “Share” icon next to the Snippet icon, generate a sharing link, and share that link with the recipient. The recipient need not be a Sybill user to view a meeting dashboard shared in this way.
Troubleshooting: Snippets/Recordings Share Link Not Working
If you are experiencing issues with the share link for snippets or recordings not working, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:
Check the Link Format: Ensure that the share link is in the correct format. It should start with "https://" and lead to a valid Sybill URL.
Copy and Paste the Link: Instead of manually typing the link, try copying it directly from the Sybill interface and pasting it into the desired location, such as an email or messaging platform.
Clear Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can sometimes resolve issues with link accessibility. Try clearing the cache and cookies, then attempt to use the share link again.
Test in Different Browsers or Devices: Verify if the issue is specific to a particular browser or device. Try accessing the share link using a different browser or device to see if it works.
Contact Sybill Support: If you have tried the above steps and the share link still does not work, reach out to Sybill's customer support team for further assistance. Click on the blue Intercom icon on the bottom right of your Sybill dashboard or write to help@sybill.ai. Provide details about the issue, including the specific share link, any error messages encountered, and the steps you have already taken to troubleshoot.
By following these troubleshooting steps, you can address issues of snippets or recording sharing links not working.
