Migrating from Gong to Sybill

Step-by-step guide on how to migrate all your data from Gong to Sybill.

Moving from Gong doesn't mean losing your call history. You can bring your Gong library into Sybill, where every imported call is re-processed with Sybill's own transcription and summaries and becomes part of your deal context.

Self-serve import (recommended)

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations and scroll to the Data Migration section.

  2. On the Gong card, click Connect.

  3. Follow the import wizard to authorize access and choose what to bring over.

You'll need admin access in both Sybill and Gong to authorize the connection. Once the import starts, calls appear in Sybill as they are processed; larger libraries take longer.

Assisted migration

On Enterprise plans, our team is happy to run the migration for you: your Sybill Account Manager coordinates the process end to end, and no further action is needed from your side. Please reach out to your Account Manager or [email protected].

After the import

  • Imported calls are matched to deals and companies wherever possible, so Ask Sybill can reason over your historical conversations.

  • Your Gong account and data are not modified; the import only reads from Gong.
