Once you connect Sybill to Slack, it creates a shared channel called #sybill-notifications. This channel has Sybill admins added by default, and they can add anyone else they think should be on the channel.

All the share-able meetings across the team are shared in this channel, based on notification preferences.

For each meeting, Sybill shares a brief summary and buttons to navigate to the meeting dashboard, sending AI email, creating and viewing CRM task, and viewing the full summary on Slack.

How does Sybill determine which meetings should be shared in the Slack channel?

By default, all meetings are shared on the Slack channel based on your sharing preferences set under ‘Settings > Call sharing’.

However, you can customize what gets shared on the Slack channel. More details on this page.

What can I do from the Slack channel?

  • As a sales or customer success manager/leader, you have full visibility into all prospect and customer calls that your team is taking, along with brief summaries. You can get a quick glimpse into the important accounts, opportunities, and meetings by reading the call summary as soon as the meeting is done.

  • As an individual contributor or rep, the Slack integration allows quick follow-ups with prospects. You can also prepare for upcoming calls right from where you work - Slack. All the action items, call outcomes and detailed notes are right in Slack, keeping you on top of your follow-ups, and making them quicker and more effective.
