1. Information: "What product features did the prospect express the most interest in?"
2. Brainstorm: "How can I better align the product’s benefits with their goals?”
3. Feedback: "How well did I handle the objections raised during the call?"
2. The Overview Section
This section provides a quick snapshot of the deal:
Deal Owner: The sales rep owning the deal is assigned. It is editable in case it needs to be assigned to another rep.
Company Name (uneditable): To maintain accuracy
Deal Size or Amount, Stage, and Close Date: Editable fields to reflect updates
Last Activity Date: Automatically populated on the basis of exchange of communications; remains uneditable
The overview ensures managers and sales reps can quickly assess deal progress.
To edit the fields, please hover over the field to make changes as necessary. Please note that changes here are reflected across your system.
