The Deal Card is your one-stop view of everything Sybill knows about a deal, kept current automatically from your calls, emails, and CRM. Open any deal from the Deals page to see it.
What's on the Deal Card
Outcome and status at the top: Where the deal stands right now, so you get the state of play at a glance.
Overview: Deal owner, company, amount, stage, close date, and last activity, editable inline with changes syncing back to your CRM.
AI Tasks: Open action items for this deal, extracted from calls and emails, auto-checked when Sybill detects they're done.
Summary fields: Next steps, pain points, value proposition, potential blockers, qualification (MEDDPICC, BANT, and more), plus any custom fields you've configured. When a deal is closed-lost, a closed-lost reason field appears.
Activity timeline: Meetings and email exchanges on the deal.
Ask Sybill: Ask questions scoped to this deal right from the card.
Make it yours
Drag and drop fields to reorder them the way your team works.
Fields can be conditional on deal stage or type, so early-stage deals surface discovery fields while late-stage deals surface commercial ones. Configure them in AI Workflows > Summary > Deal Summary.
Use field search to jump to a specific field on busy cards, and check each field's last-updated timestamp to see how fresh it is.
What syncs to your CRM
Overview fields you edit (owner, amount, stage, close date) sync with your CRM. Summary fields are internal working context and don't write to your CRM; CRM updates happen through CRM Autofill. Please see CRM Deal Summaries for the difference.
FAQs
Why do two deals show different fields?
Fields can be scoped by deal type and stage, so cards adapt to each deal. Check the field's conditions in AI Workflows > Summary > Deal Summary.
A field looks stale. Can I refresh it?
Fields update automatically after each meeting and email on the deal; the last-updated timestamp shows when. If something looks off, please regenerate from the card or reach out to support.
