Deal Summaries analyze all the calls and emails connected to a deal and keep a living summary of where it stands. There are two kinds of deal-level fields in Sybill, and understanding the difference helps you decide what stays internal and what flows into your CRM.

Deal Summary fields vs. CRM Autofill fields

Where to configure

AI Workflows > Summary > Deal Summary

AI Workflows > Deal Autofill, and Settings > Integrations > CRM (Autofill Deals)

Both kinds update automatically after every meeting and email on the deal. Summary fields never write to your CRM, so you can experiment freely; Autofill fields do, so admins configure and review them.

Customizing your Deal Summary

  • Start from Sybill's preset fields or add custom fields with your own prompt.

  • Scope each field by deal type and deal stage, so a closed-lost deal can surface different fields than an open opportunity.

  • When you set up or change fields, Sybill applies them retroactively to your recent deals (about the last 30 deals / 30 days), so you don't start from a blank slate.

Where you'll see it

  • On each Deal Card, alongside next steps, tasks, and the activity timeline.

  • As columns on the Deal Board, where summary fields are marked with a star icon.

  • In Ask Sybill answers about the deal.
