If you notice that some of your meetings are grayed out in the Sybill dashboard, it indicates that those meetings are currently being processed by Sybill and should be available for access soon.

A 30 min meeting typically appears in gray on the dashboard for about 15-20 mins after your call ends. The full meeting recording and insights appear in the dashboard about 30 mins after the call ends. Once processed, the grayed out meeting turns blue.
