Sybill Recorder

Sybill enhances your meeting experience by joining video calls on platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet as a silent participant. This feature allows Sybill to record conversations for later review, CRM automation, and note-taking.

Notetaker Name

You can customize the name that appears for the Sybill notetaker when it joins calls, making it easily identifiable to call participants. Typically, our users call their Sybill notetaker by their first name, <<first name’s>> Notetaker.

Join Preferences

Define how you want Sybill to automatically join calls. These settings help manage Sybill's presence in your meetings based on your preferences and privacy considerations.

  • Join all meetings: Sybill will join every meeting in your calendar, ensuring no conversation goes unrecorded.

  • Join only meetings that I organize: Limit Sybill's participation to meetings you organize, providing control over recordings.

  • Join only external meetings: Sybill joins meetings with participants outside your organization, useful for client calls or external collaborations.

  • Don’t join any meetings by default: Opt for maximum privacy by not having Sybill join any meetings automatically. You can still manually add Sybill to specific meetings as needed.

Team Level Settings (Admins Only)

These settings are reserved for administrators, who can set organization-wide preferences for call recording and participation.

Block List

To ensure the confidentiality of certain meetings, Sybill will automatically avoid joining meetings that include specific domains, email addresses, or event titles you specify.

  • Confidentiality Filters: Add domains, email addresses, or keywords (such as "Confidential") to prevent Sybill from joining meetings where sensitive information might be discussed. This feature is crucial for maintaining privacy and compliance with internal policies or regulations.

Add Filters

You can add or update your block list filters here by meeting title, keywords, and participant emails and domains. This allows for dynamic control over Sybill's access to your meetings, ensuring that privacy preferences of all participants are respected.
