If you encounter any issues while adding a credit card to your Sybill account or while making a payment, there are a few steps you can follow:

1. Double-check the Card Information:

  • Ensure that you have entered the correct card number, expiration date, CVV code, and cardholder's name. Any incorrect information can result in an error.

2. Verify Sufficient Funds and Card Validity:

  • Make sure that the card you are using has sufficient funds available and is valid for online transactions. Insufficient funds or an expired card can cause the payment to fail.

3. Use a Supported Card Type:

  • Sybill supports various major credit cards. Confirm that you are using a supported card type, such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

4. Check for Network Issues:

  • In case of a connectivity issue, try refreshing the page or accessing the billing section from a different device or network. Sometimes, network interruptions can interfere with the card addition process. You can also wait for some time and then try again.

5. Contact Sybill Support:

  • If the issue persists, reach out to Sybill support for further assistance. Click on the blue Intercom chat button on the bottom right of any Sybill page or write to us at help@sybill.ai

  • Provide them with specific details about the error message or any other relevant information to help expedite the resolution process.
