You can set the join preferences for Sybill’s note-taker in the Settings section of your Sybill account.
Navigate to ‘Settings > Call Recording > Join Preferences’
Select Joining Options: In the join preferences menu, you will see different options for configuring your meeting join preferences. Choose the option that suits your needs:
Join all meetings: Select this option if you want Sybill to join all meetings that you attend on invitation or organize.
Join only external meetings: If you prefer Sybill to join only external meetings, select this option.
Join only meetings that I organize: This option will configure Sybill to join only the meetings that you organize, both internal and external.
Don't join any meetings by default: If you want to disable Sybill from joining any meetings automatically, select this option.
