Learn how to set org-wide settings on meeting sharing, meeting removal, and blocking certain email domains.
Configuring Meeting Sharing Settings
Sybill provides flexible meeting sharing settings to allow you to control which meetings appear on your Team dashboard and are visible to others. Note that this is a team-level setting, ie. if you select “Share only external meetings”, then the external meetings of the entire team would be shared with each other.
Here's how you can configure your meeting sharing settings:
Log in to your Sybill account and navigate to the settings section.
Click on "Call Sharing"
Click on the most suited meeting visibility option.
No matter what you choose here, you can also show or hide a specific meeting by right-clicking on the meeting in Your Meetings and clicking ‘Hide Meeting’.
By configuring your meeting sharing settings, you can ensure that your meeting recordings and summaries are shared securely and according to your preferences.
Resolving Email Notification Issues for Specific Users
If you or specific users are not receiving email notifications for Sybill summaries and reports, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the problem. Follow these steps:
Check your sharing preferences: Click on ‘Settings > Notifications’ to ensure that it’s set as per your preferences.
Check Spam/Junk Folder: Ask the affected users to check their spam or junk folder in their email client. Sometimes, Sybill notifications may get filtered as spam by email filters, so it's important to check these folders regularly.
Whitelist Sybill Emails: To ensure that Sybill notifications are delivered to the inbox, ask the affected users to whitelist or add Sybill's email address to their email contacts or safe senders list. This helps prevent the notifications from being marked as spam.
Contact Sybill Support: If the notification issues persist despite following the above steps, it's recommended to reach out to Sybill support for further assistance. You can write to help@sybill.ai or click on the blue Intercom button on any Sybill page. Provide the specific details of the notification issues, including the affected users and any error messages or observations you've encountered.
By following these steps, you can troubleshoot and resolve notification issues for specific users in Sybill. Remember, our support team is available to assist you throughout the process and provide any necessary guidance.
Resolving Slack Notification Issues for Specific Users
Check your sharing preferences: Click on ‘Settings > Notifications’ to ensure that it’s set as per your preferences.
Here, you can filter Slack notifications by:
Teammates: Any meeting with any of these participants will be added to the channel.
Deal Options:
Filter by specific account(s).
Filter by opportunity type.
Filter by Deal Stage.
Deal Amount.
Deal Close Date.
Trackers: Meetings containing specific keywords (such as confidential) will not be shared on the Slack channel.
Meeting type: You can choose either all or only external or internal meeting notifications to be shared on the Slack channel.
Each filter functions as an OR operator within itself and as an AND operator between different filters. For example: Teammates (User1 OR User2) AND Account (Acc1 OR Acc2 OR Acc3) AND Trackers (Tck1 OR Tck2).

Disallow Sybill from Joining Meetings with a Specific Email Domain
How to use the Block List on Sybill
You can add/edit the list of meetings you don’t want Sybill to join under ‘Settings > Call Recording > Block List.’ Sybill would not join any meeting that has an invitee whose email ends with a blocked domain (web address).
For example, if you don't want Sybill to join any meetings with ufo.com, you can add this to your list of Blocked domains, and Sybill won't join any meetings with invitees from ufo.com.
How can I prevent Sybill from joining any meetings with specific individuals?
How to use the Block List on Sybill
The Block List on ‘Settings > Call Recording’ also allows you to stop Sybill from joining any calls with specific email addresses or even meetings with specific titles.
Add these filters and Sybill will not join meetings as per your chosen preferences.
You can enter the email address of individuals whose meetings you don’t want Sybill to join.
You can also add keywords for meeting titles that you don’t want Sybill to join. For example, in the above screenshot, the setting is such that if a meeting title contains ‘Confidential,’ Sybill will not join the call.
