Sybill provides convenient access to meeting insights, allowing you to review and reference the content of your meetings. However, if you're unable to see the dashboard for a particular meeting, or if you're unsure how to find specific dashboard, here are some steps you can follow:
Meetings: Log in to your Sybill account and navigate to the 'Meetings' page. This is where you can see a list of all your recorded meetings.
Locate the meeting: Find the specific meeting for which you want to view the dashboard. You can use the search or filtering options available in the Meetings page to locate the meeting quickly.
Click on Transcript/Summary/other elements on the dashboard to view the insights, rewatch the call, share the call or do other things that you care about.
How to Effectively Use Search and Filtering in Sybill
You can locate the meeting search bar at the top of your Meetings page.
The search results are rendered in real-time. So as soon as you pause typing, Sybill will show the top search results.
You can use the search bar to search across meeting titles, participant names, and participant domains (like abc.com). Full and partial searches are supported.
You can find the filter button next to the search bar. You can use this for filtering meetings based on
The person from your organization who was on the call
Trackers used in the call (specific keywords/keyphrases - can set it up in Admin Settings).
Specific types of calls (internal/external, etc.).
Meeting Dashboard visibility issues
If you're unable to see the dashboard for a meeting or encountering issues accessing it, here are a few troubleshooting steps to try:
Refresh the page: Sometimes, a simple page refresh can resolve temporary display issues.
Check meeting status: Ensure that the meeting is in a fully processed state. Sybill needs some time to transcribe and process the meeting recordings before the dashboard becomes available. If the meeting was recently recorded or uploaded, it may still be in the processing phase. Wait for a few minutes or check back later to see if the transcript is available.
Contact support: If you've followed the above steps and are still unable to access the transcript or experiencing persistent issues, it's best to reach out to Sybill's customer support team by clicking on the blue intercom button on the bottom right of your dashboard. They will be able to investigate the issue further and provide you with the necessary assistance to resolve it.
The availability of transcripts may vary based on your Sybill subscription plan or account settings. If you're on a free plan (which happens when you don’t subscribe to a plan after your free trial runs out), then you won’t have access to call transcripts.
