The Upcoming Meetings section is on the right pane of your Meetings page on Sybill. It may be hidden by default, and you may have to click on Upcoming Meetings to show it.
All your upcoming meetings that are on your calendar with an invite link should show up here (for the next 7 days).
If you're experiencing an issue where your upcoming meetings are not appearing in the Sybill “Upcoming Meetings” section, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Refresh the page: Sometimes, the dashboard may not display the most up-to-date information. Try refreshing the page to see if the meetings appear.
Check your calendar integration: Verify that the correct calendar is connected and that the meetings you expect to see are scheduled on that calendar.
Verify meeting invitations: Make sure that the meetings in question were properly sent as calendar invitations. Double-check the email address associated with your Sybill account and ensure that meeting invitations are being sent to that address.
Wait for Sybill to sync your calendar: If you have recently added or updated meetings in your calendar, it may take some time for Sybill to sync and display them in the dashboard. Wait for a few minutes and try refreshing the page again.
Contact support: If the issue persists and you have tried the above steps, please reach out to our support team for further assistance by clicking on the blue Intercom button on the bottom right of your dashboard. Provide them with the details of the meetings that are not appearing, including the date, time, and participants, so they can investigate the issue.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue of meetings not showing up in the Sybill dashboard or Upcoming Meetings section.
