How do I connect my Chorus installation to Sybill?
It's a two-step process to connect your Chorus account to Sybill.
Prerequisites
Your company needs to have a company account in Chorus
The connecting user must be permitted access to the Chorus API via roles & permissions settings.
If data access control is enabled in your Chorus installation, in order to retrieve data on all recordings within Chorus, the installing user must have access to all recordings.
Access to connect Salesforce, Hubspot, and Slack with Sybill to receive the magic summaries
Step 1: Enable Chorus-to-Sybill Integration for the team
Sign in to Chorus with an account that has Chorus API access permissions.
Create the API Token from your Personal Settings page within the Chorus application
Store the credentials within your Sybill admin account
Once this goes through successfully, you will receive an email with the subject "Complete connecting Chorus to Sybill" from Sybill (admin_at_sybill.ai)
Please note that Recordings marked as private will not be available to Sybill.
Step 2: Connect your CRM and Slack to Sybill
In the email, you will get 2 buttons to connect your Slack and CRM installation to Sybill. That way, we will be able to push the magic summaries directly to those channels and attach them to the relevant accounts, opportunities, etc.
