Describes the steps required to set up the Gong webhook that will automatically export the Gong calls into Sybill

How do I export Gong calls to Sybill?

With Gong Automation Rules, you can start pushing your Gong calls as soon as they are processed to Sybill.

Please complete the following steps to test and complete the integration.

  • Step 1: Go to Automation Rules Page. It can be found on your company's settings page and then on Automation Rules.

  • Step 2: Click on the Add Rule button on the top right

  • Step 3: Create the new rule by entering the webhook URL that was sent in the email. It should start with https://api.dev.sybill.ai:8080/....

    • You can also name the Rule as Sybill-Notification

    • You can set the description to Get Sybill magic summaries to your CRM and Slack

  • Step 4: Select a call and click on Test Now. Please contact us if the test was unsuccessful.

  • Step 5: Turn on the Rule by clicking the Rule status to Enabled and Save the rule.
