What are the Highlights?

The Highlights section records your buyers’ behavior and interest areas during the call, which you can use for your follow-ups. Specifically, the Highlights capture:

  1. The highlights of a buyer's verbal and nonverbal reactions during the call (their key moments of excitement, nods, smiles, and monologues) via the Spotlight.

  2. Identifies your Silent Champions who aren't amongst the most vocal participants, however, have shown keen interest through non-verbal commitments.

  3. Flags any potential detractors amongst your buyers.

  4. Surfaces the key Synergy moments throughout the call to help you get a 10,000ft overview of the call, just by going through that timeline.

How do I use them?

You can use the Highlights section as a summary of the top "aha" moments for each of your buyers. It also analyses the buyers' behavior throughout the call and surfaces potential champions and detractors. It takes less than a couple of minutes to go through them and packs a punch of insights.
