What is the Engagement Map?

The Engagement Map is a visual representation of the entire meeting. For each participant, you have high-resolution data on their interactions during the call. For a participant Tony, for instance, this includes:

  1. Areas where he was speaking (marked in blue)

  2. Areas where he was highly engaged in the call (marked in green)

  3. Areas where he was distracted and may have gotten disengaged (marked in red).

  4. His smiles and nods (they appear after clicking on the respective tabs).

  5. Sentence context along with each of the above insights (that appears as “Tony nodded when Gorish said, ‘I worked at Samsung which had a huge focus on…’”).

  6. The Engagement Map also shows overall engagement scores for each of the participants below each of the avatars.

How to make the most out of the Engagement Map?

You can use the Engagement Map to visually review the most and least engaged participants and the most and least engaging parts of the call.

In fact, many of our users also use it to dig deep into the key things said by their major stakeholders or to specifically read the context and rewatch their nods and smiles during the important parts of the conversation.
