Will Sybill join my recurring meetings if I have toggled it off from one such meeting?
Yes. You will have to turn it off from each instance of the recurring meeting.
Can I change the recording behavior for all the occurrences of a recurring meeting?
It is currently not possible to change the recording behavior for a recurring meeting at once. This feature is currently in development.
How do I stop Sybill from joining a specific instance of a recurring meeting?
Navigate to the ‘Meetings > Upcoming Meetings’ section and toggle ‘Add Sybill’ to your left to keep Sybill from joining that specific meeting.
How do I add Sybill to an ongoing meeting if I toggled it off earlier?
Navigate to the ‘Meetings > Upcoming Meetings’ section and simply toggle ‘Add Sybill’ back to the right to add Sybill to an ongoing meeting listed on your Upcoming Meetings tab.
If for some reason, the meeting is not listed on your ‘Upcoming Meetings’, you can still add Sybill to a live meeting using the meeting URL using the following steps.
Navigate to the ‘Meetings’ page.
At the bottom right of the page, click on ‘Add Sybill to Live Call’
Enter the meeting details and URL and Sybill will join the meeting in less than 10 seconds
