Recurring meetings appear in the Meeting Recording panel on the Meetings page as individual occurrences, one for each upcoming date.
Change recording for upcoming occurrences
Flip the Record toggle on or off for each occurrence you want to change. The toggle overrides your default Recording Preferences for that occurrence.
It is currently not possible to change the recording behavior for an entire recurring series at once, so please adjust each occurrence separately.
Want a permanent rule instead?
If you never want Sybill in a specific recurring meeting, add its title as a keyword to your Block List in Settings > My Meetings. Sybill will skip every occurrence automatically.
If the recurring meeting is internal and your Recording Preference is Only External, Sybill already skips it by default.
