You can always see exactly which upcoming meetings Sybill will record, and change it per meeting, from the Meetings page.
The Meeting Recording panel
Open Meetings from the left navigation. On the right side of the page you'll find the Meeting Recording panel:
It lists your upcoming meetings from your connected calendar, grouped by day (Today, Tomorrow, and beyond).
Each meeting shows the platform, whether it is internal or external, its time, and its sharing setting.
The Record toggle on each meeting shows whether Sybill will record it. Flip the toggle to turn recording on or off for that specific meeting.
At the top of the panel you can see and change your overall join preference (for example, "Join when I'm organizer").
Click the brief icon on any meeting to open its Pre-meeting Brief.
Where the defaults come from
Which meetings are toggled on by default is controlled by your Recording Preferences in Settings > My Meetings (All, Organizer, Only External, or None). The toggle on each upcoming meeting always wins over the default, so you can make exceptions in either direction.
FAQs
A meeting is missing from the panel. Why?
Sybill lists meetings from your connected calendar. Please check that your calendar shows as Connected in Settings > My Meetings, and that the meeting has a supported conferencing link.
The toggle is off and I can't turn it on.
Your admin may have enforced recording settings in Settings > Company Meetings, or another participant may have explicitly turned recording off for the meeting.
