Get started with the Sybill mobile app

Download the Sybill App from the App Store on iPhone and Play Store for Android. Open the Sybill mobile app and sign in with your Sybill account.

If this is your first time using the app, your phone may ask you to give Sybill permission to use your microphone. Microphone access is required to record an in-person conversation.

When you open the app, you'll land in Ask Sybill.

From the bottom navigation, you can move between the main areas of the app or tap the blue microphone button to start an in-person recording.

Ask Sybill from your phone

Ask Sybill lets you ask questions using the deal and customer context available to you in Sybill.

You can use the same kinds of questions you would ask from the Sybill web app.

For example:

How often is RevOps getting involved in our deals? At what stage do they usually enter, and how often do they play a key role?

Or:

Look at our closed-lost accounts and identify the ones we should consider re-engaging.

This can be especially useful when you need an answer before a meeting, while traveling, at an event, or whenever you don't have your laptop open.

Record an in-person meeting

Not every important customer conversation happens on Zoom or Google Meet.

You can use the Sybill mobile app to capture conversations such as:

  • Customer meetings

  • On-site visits

  • Conference conversations

  • Executive meetings

  • Partner meetings

  • Other in-person sales conversations

Start a recording

  1. Open the Sybill mobile app.

  2. Tap the blue microphone button in the center of the bottom navigation.

  3. Start recording your conversation.

  4. When the meeting is finished, stop the recording.

  5. Give the meeting a name.

  6. Tap Upload to Sybill.

For example, if you meet a prospect at a conference, you might name the recording:

Conference chat with Acme

Sybill will upload and process the conversation.

Once processing is complete, you can find it alongside your other conversations in Meetings.

Before recording

Make sure participants know the conversation is being recorded and follow any recording-consent requirements that apply to you, your organization, and the location where the conversation is taking place.

What happens after I upload an in-person meeting?

Your in-person meeting becomes part of Sybill just like the other customer conversations you capture.

From the meeting, you can review information such as:

  • The recording

  • The meeting summary

  • Important discussion points

  • AI-generated tasks and next steps

This means an important conversation at a conference, customer office, or dinner doesn't have to disappear into handwritten notes or memory.

It becomes part of the customer and deal context you can work with in Sybill.

Review your meetings from your phone

Open Meetings in the mobile app to browse conversations you have access to.

Select a meeting to open the meeting review.

Depending on the meeting, you can:

  • Listen to the recording

  • Watch the recorded meeting

  • Review the meeting summary

  • See what happened during the conversation

  • Review AI Tasks

  • Understand what needs to happen next

This can also be useful for reviewing conversations recorded by teammates, as long as you have access to those meetings.

For example, a sales manager could catch up on an important customer call without opening their laptop, or someone in product or marketing could review customer feedback from a sales conversation.

Manage AI Tasks from the mobile app

Sybill identifies tasks and next steps from your customer conversations.

You can review those tasks directly from the mobile app and take care of follow-up work while you're on the go.

For example, after reviewing a meeting you might see that you need to:

  • Follow up with a buyer

  • Send requested information

  • Prepare something for the next meeting

  • Complete another action that came out of the conversation

This makes the mobile app useful beyond simply recording meetings. You can move from understanding what happened to taking the next action without going back to your computer.

When should I use the Sybill mobile app?

The mobile app is particularly useful when the work you're doing isn't happening at your desk.

At a conference

Record an important prospect conversation, name it when you're finished, and upload it to Sybill so you don't have to reconstruct the conversation from memory later.

Before walking into a meeting

Open Ask Sybill and quickly catch up on an account, previous conversations, or a deal before meeting the customer.

After a customer meeting

Review your summary and tasks to make sure you know what needs to happen next.

Between meetings

Use Ask Sybill to investigate a deal or take care of follow-up tasks from your phone.

As a manager

Review your team's customer conversations, summaries, and next steps without needing to be at your desk.
