Sybill integrations explained

Connect Sybill to the tools your revenue team already uses for meetings, CRM, email, calling, and collaboration.

Sybill works best when it has the full context behind a deal.

By connecting your existing tools, Sybill can bring together conversations, emails, CRM data, and internal context to understand what is happening across your deals. It can then use that context to answer questions, create follow-ups, update your CRM, and help your team take the next action.

Sybill currently supports integrations across:

  • Video meetings

  • CRM

  • Email

  • Dialers

  • Collaboration tools

  • MCP

  • API and webhooks

Video meeting integrations

Sybill integrates with the video conferencing tools your team uses to meet prospects and customers.

Supported platforms include:

  • Zoom

  • Google Meet

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Webex

  • Zoho

Sybill can capture and analyze supported meetings so you can access the recording, transcript, AI-generated summary, follow-up, and deal context without manually taking notes.

For Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, once your calendar is connected to Sybill, supported meeting links on your calendar can be detected automatically.

You don't need to manually upload every meeting to Sybill.

CRM integrations

Sybill connects your customer conversations with the information already stored in your CRM.

Sybill currently integrates with:

  • HubSpot

  • Salesforce

  • Zoho CRM

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Pipedrive

Coming soon:

  • NetSuite

Connecting your CRM allows Sybill to understand the deal behind a conversation, rather than treating every meeting as an isolated interaction.

Depending on your plan and configuration, Sybill can use CRM context to help you:

  • Ask questions about deals and pipeline

  • Match meetings and contacts with the right accounts and opportunities

  • Push meeting information into your CRM

  • Automatically update CRM fields using CRM Autofill

  • Keep deal context current after calls and emails

For example, you could ask Sybill:

  • "Why is the Acme deal at risk?"

  • "Which deals don't have a confirmed next step?"

  • "What changed in this opportunity over the last two weeks?"

  • "Which deals are missing a decision-maker?"

Connecting your CRM

To connect a supported CRM:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > CRM in Sybill.

  2. Select your CRM.

  3. Click Connect.

  4. Follow the authorization steps to give Sybill the required permissions.

You need to be a Sybill admin to configure your organization's CRM integration. Depending on your CRM, you may also need the appropriate permissions within your CRM.

Email integrations

Sybill can use email context alongside your meetings and CRM data so that your understanding of a deal doesn't stop when the call ends.

Sybill currently integrates with:

  • Gmail

  • Outlook

  • Zoho Mail

With your email connected, Sybill can use relevant email interactions as additional context and help you draft follow-ups based on what actually happened across the relationship.

This means Sybill can understand information that may never have appeared on a recorded call, such as a prospect replying with a new requirement, changing a timeline, introducing a stakeholder, or confirming a next step.

Dialer integrations

Not every important sales conversation happens on Zoom.

Sybill's dialer integrations bring calls made through sales engagement and phone systems into the same conversation history as your meetings.

Currently available:

  • Outreach

  • Zoom Phone

  • Aircall

  • RingCentral

  • HubSpot Dialer

  • Nooks

  • CloudTalk

Coming soon:

  • Salesforce Dialer

Admins can connect a dialer from Settings > Integrations. Once connected, Sybill automatically ingests placed calls for users whose email matches in both tools, processes and summarizes them, and makes them available on the Phone calls page and to Ask Sybill. You can also set a minimum call duration so very short calls are ignored.

This is particularly useful for teams where SDR, BDR, AE, or customer-facing conversations happen across a mix of scheduled meetings and phone calls. Instead of having one part of the buyer journey in your dialer and another part in your meeting recorder, Sybill brings that conversation history together.

Slack integration

Sybill integrates with Slack so your team can bring deal intelligence into the place where internal conversations are already happening.

With the Slack integration, you can receive Sybill meeting updates and summaries directly in Slack.

You can also control which meeting notifications are shared with your team based on criteria such as:

  • Meeting participants

  • Account

  • Opportunity type

  • Deal stage

  • Deal amount

  • Close date

  • Meeting type

  • Keywords or trackers

Sybill can also bring Slack conversations into deal context and let your team use Ask Sybill from Slack.

Microsoft Teams message capture

Sybill can also connect to Microsoft Teams and capture messages from selected Teams channels, bringing those conversations into your deal context, similar to Slack ingest.

A few things to know:

  • Microsoft Teams channels are supported; 1:1 and group chats are not captured.

  • A Microsoft 365 tenant admin must approve the connection.

  • An organization can connect either Slack or Microsoft Teams for message capture, not both at the same time.

You can set it up from Settings > Integrations > Microsoft Teams.

Google Drive

Google Drive integration is coming soon.

The Google Drive integration is designed to let Sybill use information from Docs, Sheets, and other Drive content as additional context.

This can help Sybill understand information that often lives outside your CRM and customer conversations, such as:

  • Messaging documents

  • Battle cards

  • Account plans

  • Sales collateral

  • Internal deal documents

MCP

Sybill supports MCP so you can make Sybill's deal context and reasoning available inside other AI tools and agents.

Instead of copying transcripts, CRM fields, or meeting notes into another AI tool, MCP allows supported AI clients to access Sybill context directly.

This can be useful if your organization has its own AI workflows or wants to use Sybill's revenue data from an AI assistant outside the Sybill app.

MCP usage may consume Sybill AI credits.

API

For teams that want to build their own workflows, Sybill also provides API access.

The API allows developers to use Sybill data and capabilities in internal applications, automations, agents, or other systems.

API availability depends on your Sybill plan.

Webhooks

Webhooks let Sybill send information to another application automatically when something happens in Sybill.

Sybill currently supports webhook events for:

  • New meeting recordings: When a call finishes processing, Sybill can send the full conversation package, including summary, transcript, participants, CRM matches, and recording links.

  • Deal stage changes: When a deal moves stages in your CRM, Sybill can send a notification with the full deal snapshot and the stage change, using your organization's own stage names.

You can connect Sybill webhooks:

  • Directly to your own endpoint

  • Through Zapier

  • Through Make

This makes it possible to build workflows even when Sybill doesn't have a native integration with the application you use.

Go to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks to configure webhook automations.

Native integrations vs. webhooks and API

Integration type

Best for

Native integration

Connecting a supported tool such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, Zoom, Gmail, or Outreach with minimal setup

MCP

Giving AI assistants and agents access to Sybill's deal context and reasoning

API

Building custom applications and workflows using Sybill data

Webhooks

Automatically sending Sybill information to another application when an event occurs

Zapier or Make

Connecting Sybill to other tools without building the integration yourself

If Sybill doesn't currently have a native integration for a tool in your stack, webhooks or API access may still allow you to connect it.

Who can set up integrations?

Some integrations can be connected at the individual user level, while organization-wide integrations may require a Sybill admin.

For example, connecting your organization's CRM requires Sybill admin permissions, and Microsoft Teams message capture also requires a Microsoft 365 tenant admin's approval.

If you see a permissions error while setting up an integration, please check with your Sybill administrator or the administrator of the application you're trying to connect.

Where can I manage my integrations?

You can manage available integrations from Settings > Integrations in Sybill.

From there, you can connect supported applications and manage the settings available for your organization.
