What is AI Workflows?

AI Workflows allows you to customize and automate intelligent summaries for your sales and customer conversations, helping you prepare before meetings and capture key insights after they happen.
You will also find your saved or default email templates along with saved prompts for Ask Sybill in this tab.

Summary Types in AI Workflows

There are three types of summaries you can set up within AI Workflows:

  1. Pre-Meeting Brief – To help you prepare ahead of time

  2. Meeting Summary – To review insights after a meeting

  3. Deal Summary – To track the overall progress of deals

Each summary type is customizable to your needs, with smart defaults provided by Sybill (referred to as Sybill fields).

Pre-Meeting Briefs: Smart Preparation for Every Meeting

The Pre-Meeting Brief provides relevant context for your upcoming meetings, pulled from previous calls, CRM data, and web research.

Default Sybill Fields

By default, each Pre-Meeting Brief includes the following six fields:

  1. Agenda – Overview of meeting objectives

  2. Related Tasks – Any tasks carried over from previous calls

  3. Qualification – MEDDPICC or sales qualification data (only visible for sales meetings)

  4. About the Company – Company description and web-based research

  5. About Participants – Research on meeting attendees

  6. Past Interactions – Summaries of previous meetings with this contact or company

Note: The Qualification field will only appear when the meeting type is set to Sales.

Customization Options

Please feel free to customize your briefs:

  • Add new fields with your own prompt

  • Choose which meeting types they apply to (Sales, Customer, Marketing, etc.)
