Recurring (automated) prompts let Ask Sybill run your favorite questions on a schedule and deliver the answers where you work, for example a Monday-morning pipeline review or a weekly product feedback report.
Create a recurring prompt
Write your prompt in Ask Sybill and run it once to check the output.
Click the save icon, name the prompt, and toggle Run Ask Sybill on a schedule.
Pick the frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Custom (multiple days, times, end dates, or run limits).
Choose delivery destinations and save.
You can also create one directly from the AI Workflows page with New prompt.
Where answers are delivered
Ask Sybill (in-app) is always enabled by default.
Email: Yourself and teammates.
Slack channels (channel selection may be admin-restricted).
Manage your recurring prompts
All of your saved and automated prompts live on the AI Workflows page under the Prompt tab:
Edit the prompt, adjust the schedule, or change recipients anytime.
Open a prompt's run history to see the responses each run generated, and whether a run failed along with the reason. Only the prompt's owner can view its run history.
Prompts shared by teammates appear under team resources, separate from your own list.
Good to know
Each run consumes AI credits from your allocation, even when you're not online. If answers stop arriving, please check your credit balance and the prompt's run history.
