With Recurring Prompts, you can now put Ask Sybill on autopilot — allowing it to proactively fetch, generate, and deliver insights or summaries to you and your team on a regular schedule, directly where you work — whether that’s in the Sybill interface, your email inbox, or your favorite Slack channels.
What are Recurring Prompts?
Recurring prompts lets you schedule your favorite Ask Sybill prompts to run automatically and send their outputs to Slack, email, or Sybill — without needing to be asked each time.
Instead of typing the same question every day or week, you can now save it once and get the answers delivered like clockwork.
Whether it’s a:
Weekly product update email for your team,
Daily call summary for your sales leads,
Monthly marketing metrics digest,
Or any custom use case…
Schedule your favorite asks on a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom basis — and get the insights you need exactly where and when you need them.

FAQs
Q1: Can I schedule multiple prompts?
Yes, absolutely! You can create and schedule as many prompts as you'd like. Each can run independently on its own schedule.
Q2: Will recipients see the same data I do?
Please note: Sybill only pulls from your accessible data. So while recipients will see the final response, it may contain insights they don’t have direct access to. They won’t be able to run the same prompt with the same results unless they have the same data permissions.
Q3: Can team members interact with the shared recurring prompts?
Once shared, others can view the chat with Ask Sybill. But if they'd like to ask follow-ups or run similar queries, they'll need to start a new chat themselves.
Q4: Can I stop or pause a prompt temporarily?
Yes! You can toggle off a scheduled prompt at any time in AI Studio. You can also set it to end after a number of runs or on a specific date.
Q5: Will I be notified if the prompt fails?
We’re working on enhanced failure notifications — for now, please check Ask Sybill if you suspect an issue or if a prompt doesn’t show up as expected.
Troubleshooting Tips
Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |
I don’t see results in Slack or email | Recipients may not be correctly added | Please double-check email addresses and Slack channels added to the prompt |
My prompt didn’t run | Schedule might be toggled off or expired | Go to AI Studio → Settings and verify schedule and run history |
Shared results aren’t visible to my teammate | They lack access to the underlying data | Please remind them that results reflect only what you have access to |
Prompt output is empty or incomplete | Data source may not have recent updates | Please review your prompt text and consider refining it for clarity or broader scope |
