Troubleshooting & Tips

Issue: My report or answer is taking too long to generate.
Please give it up to 30-40 seconds for complex queries. If it takes longer, try simplifying the prompt by breaking it down.

Issue: The results seem off or incomplete.
Please:

  • Double-check if the relevant meetings are synced to Sybill.

  • Use more specific prompts (e.g., “closed-won deals in March 2025” instead of “recent deals”).

Issue: I can’t find my saved prompts.
If you have saved any prompts, ideally you should see it in the Ask Sybill bar, If for any reason it is not visible, you can find them in the AI Studio from Settings.

Issue: I received an error or no answer.
Please try refreshing the app and try again, if it persists you could try rephrasing the question. If both these solutions do not work, please reach out to our support team with a screenshot or details.
