Sybill continuously extracts action items from your calls and emails and organizes them on the Tasks page, so nothing you promised a prospect slips through. Sybill can even execute many tasks for you.

The Tasks page

Open Tasks from the left navigation:

  • My tasks comes with ready-made views: All my tasks, High priority, Open deals, Followups, and Closed.

  • Team tasks gives you the same visibility for your team's work.

  • Use Sort by, Group by, and Filter to organize the list, or the search bar to find a task or ask Sybill about your tasks.

  • Click New task to add a task manually.

What each task carries

  • The sentence or moment where it was mentioned, with the source meeting or email.

  • Relevant context from the conversation, its due date, and the associated deal.

Let Sybill execute tasks

Many tasks come with a Start task button. Sybill can handle the work for you, for example:

  • Draft a follow-up email

  • Create a calendar invite

  • Draft a Slack message

  • Generate a talk track or collateral

Task execution consumes AI credits. You'll find tasks surfaced on the relevant meeting's dashboard too, under AI Tasks, with the same Start task actions.

Completing tasks

  • Check a task off manually when it's done, or let Sybill detect completion from your email and meeting activity and confirm it with you.

  • Use the Closed view to review completed work.
