Bringing to you, lightning fast summaries with the same Sybill-assured accuracy. Now you will find your meeting summaries and related insights processed in 5 minutes. Your meeting could be as long as 2 hours, and Sybill would still process it in 5 minutes.
This document provides an overview of the changes, how to get started, and the limitations of the current implementation.
Key Changes
1. Faster Processing:
Meeting summaries (Magic Summaries) are now available within 5 minutes of meeting completion.
This applies to most calls, irrespective of their duration (up to the 2 hour limit).
2. Behavior AI Metrics:
Metrics such as smiles, nods, attention levels, and engagement statistics are currently not included in the 5-minute processing.
These metrics will be added in subsequent updates, ensuring comprehensive insights.
Why the Behavior AI Exclusion:
Behavior AI includes detailed such as smiles, nods, distractions, and attentiveness. These require additional processing time.
Current implementation focuses on providing Magic Summaries within five minutes while Behavior AI data will be integrated in future updates.
What you need to do:
The default option on your Sybill Settings gives you access to insights with behaviour AI. However, if you’d prefer to have quick meeting summaries (in 5 minutes), please turn off the Behavioral AI option, like shown below.
Settings > Call Recording > Scroll down to ‘Behavioral AI’
If Behavior AI is enabled, call processing takes approximately 30 - 40 minutes. You get all the insights just like you do currently.
Please note, this is an organization-wide setting.
