Global Call Search is designed to help you quickly locate information across all your recorded calls. Whether you’re a Customer Success Manager (CSM) looking for specific client interactions or a Sales Rep searching for references to a competitor, Global Call Search is the quickest way to have your answers.
What is Global Call Search?
Global Call Search allows you to locate specific keywords, phrases, or mentions across all your recorded calls on Sybill’s platform. With this feature, you can identify actionable insights, track important trends, and revisit key moments from your conversations without manually going through each call.
For example:
A CSM can search for terms like ‘Zoho’ or ‘Dynamics’ to find all calls where these CRMs were discussed.
A sales rep can search for competitors like ‘HubSpot’ or ‘Salesforce’ to review customer sentiments and objections.
A manager can search for terms like ‘pricing’ or ‘renewal’ to analyze the context in which these topics were brought up.
How to Use Global Call Search
Please log in to Sybill and go to your Sybill Meetings dashboard.
You’ll find the Global Call Search bar prominently at the top of your dashboard. (Highlighted with a green box in the image below).
Please type in the keyword or phrase you want to search for, such as ‘Zoho’, ‘integration’, or pricing’.
A list of calls that include your search term will appear. You can click on any result to jump directly to the specific part of the call where the term was used.
Use filters to narrow down your search by internal or external, call participants within the org, or tags.
Once you locate the relevant calls, you can:
Follow up with clients.
Share insights with your team.
Use the information to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Example Use Case: Finding CRM Mentions
Let’s say you’ve just launched a Zoho integration and want to identify clients who might benefit from it or reconnect with opportunities that were lost because of the lack of a native integration. Here’s how:
- Please type ‘Zoho’ in the search bar.
- Review the list of calls where Zoho was mentioned.
- Here you find a list of clients with the stage of the deal they are in. Follow up with clients required, to inform them about the new integration.
This proactive approach helps you engage customers meaningfully and strengthen relationships.

Troubleshooting
1. My search is not returning any results.
Ensure the keyword is spelled correctly.
Check if your search term matches how it was mentioned in the call (e.g., ‘CRM’ instead of ‘Zoho CRM’).
Verify that the calls you’re searching are transcribed. Untranscribed calls will not appear in the results.
2. Results don’t match my search criteria.
Refine your search by adding filters such as a specific date range or participant.
Avoid overly generic terms like ‘the’ or ‘and’.
3. The search bar isn’t appearing on my dashboard.
