Preparing for client meetings can be overwhelming and time-consuming, because it requires thorough research on the account, attendees, as well as getting the context of deal history for ongoing deals.

In these situations, Pre-Call Briefs come to the aid of Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs), to quickly gather and analyze vast amounts of information. It does so by delivering concise, relevant & latest summaries, ensuring you’re always ready to make a lasting impression in sales meetings.

Key Features

1. Company Overview

  • Gives a detailed ‘About’ section of the company by combining data from company LinkedIn profile, online articles & news and ensures the data is accurate, relevant and up-to-date.

  • Automatically adapts the content based on the type of external organization (e.g., startup, public company, school).

  • Displays only the most relevant details:
    - Startups: Funding type, total funding.
    - Global companies: Location.
    - Public companies: Financial summaries.

  • Recent News: Highlights key updates about the external company to help you stay informed on current developments. It is dynamically curated (up to three points per company).

For calls involving multiple external organizations, the feature prioritizes the company with the highest participant count.

2. Participant Overview

  • Gives an idea of the current profile of the participant along with their past organizations and positions.

  • It also provides a link to their email ID and LinkedIn profile.
